The headquarters of the company, which was founded by Otto Scheck in 1946 and has belonged to the Otto Group since 1991, is in Unterhaching near Munich. The 2014/15 financial year closed with a turnover of 296 million euros. Around 1,600 people are currently employed at SportScheck.
