In 2008, the Romanian state authorities granted the Renașteare Foundation the status of a public utility organization. The foundation was awarded at the Civil Society Gala, and in 2010, at the European Parliament, it was awarded the "Pearl of Wisdom" award. In 2014, following the steps taken by the Renașteare Foundation, the Romanian Senate declared October 1 - National Day of the Fight Against Breast Cancer.
