- **The Gift Card can be used in a store or online.** - **Only one** Gift Card can be used online. - All forms of Gift Card (including e-codes) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. - This includes any instance where a retailer ceases trading, or suspends acceptance of Gift Cards. **REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS** *IN THE PHYSICAL STORE* + Go to the Nature & Découvertes store of your choice and present your Gift Card on paper or directly on your smartphone at checkout. *ONLINE* + Make your purchases online then at the time of payment, enter the code of your Gift Card.
