Redemption option
Redeem your lucky voucher on the Internet at www.gloeckle.de. The lucky voucher can be used to make cashless payments up to the value stated on the lucky voucher. The lucky voucher can only be redeemed in combination with an order for a product. The credit of the lucky voucher cannot be paid out. Please note that the lucky vouchers you purchase are in turn subject to separate terms and conditions, which can be found at https://www.gluecks-gutschein.de/andsrv/server.and?a=Article&i=47&l=de. Luck vouchers can only be purchased by persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany. Minors are not allowed to purchase lucky vouchers or redeem them. They are not entitled to redeem a Glücksgutschein. Passing a voucher on to minors is not permitted.

Number of redeemable vouchers
A maximum of 1 lucky voucher can be redeemed per online order.

Validity
The Glücksgutschein can be redeemed within 3 years, beginning with the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was issued.

Remaining balance
If the value of the lucky voucher exceeds the invoice amount of the order on www.gloeckle.de, the remaining credit on the lucky voucher is kept and can be used for further purchases on www.gloeckle.de. A cash payment of the (remaining) value of the lucky voucher is excluded. Likewise, a recharge or payout to a lucky voucher is excluded

Delivery conditions
You will receive your voucher as an email.

Redemption description
1. select the desired product on www.gloeckle.de.

2. register or if you already have a Glöckle customer account, log in.

3. enter your personal voucher code before the order overview.

4. the voucher value will be automatically deducted from your invoice.
