Redemption possibility
The cash-back voucher can be redeemed online for package tours and last minute trips (consisting of flight and hotel services already combined in advance by the tour operator). It is not redeemable for flight or hotel services only, trips in the category flight + hotel (consisting of flight and hotel services individually arranged by the customer), train + hotel, holiday homes, city trips, cruises, ski trips, offers marked 'Flexi Mix', as well as other travel services. A combination with other voucher campaigns or a cash payment is not possible.

Number of redeemable vouchers
Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking, regardless of the number of people travelling with you.

Validity
The cash-back voucher is valid for bookings within the next 3 years from the date of receipt.

Remaining balance
The voucher value must be fully utilized when booking, there is no remaining balance.

Redeeming description
To pay out the voucher value, please enter your account details within the next 3 months after the end of the trip using the following form:

The payment will be made within 14 working days after the transmission of your account details. Resale and reproduction of the voucher is not permitted. No application to cancellation fees.
