Terms and Conditions

• Rakuten TV offers you up to €5 to enjoy the best cinema on Rakuten TV.
• Each code can be used to rent one (1) movie in HD [or UHD] quality available in the content selection offered by Rakuten TV.
• The codes are valid until the date indicated on the gift card; they are valid only in your country and cannot be used outside this territory.
• The voucher can be used only once and has no cash equivalent, even if the selected title is priced lower than the value of the code. The codes are not valid for resale.
• The rental is valid for 30 days from the moment the code is redeemed, with 48 hours to watch after the first playback. The rented title will be available in the “My Library” section until the end of the 48-hour period, during which you can watch the movie an unlimited number of times.
• If you do not have an existing Rakuten.tv account, you will need to register with Rakuten TV and accept the General Terms and Conditions, Contractual Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. After receiving the code, follow these steps:

1. Click “Open App” to open the Rakuten TV app.
2. Select a movie to rent with a value of up to *.
3. Click “Redeem voucher” and enter the code above.
4. Log in to your account or register if you are not yet a Rakuten TV user.
5. Click “Confirm and pay,” relax, and enjoy!

• Rakuten TV reserves the right to remove content from the platform at any time and at its sole discretion.
• Rakuten TV reserves the right to cancel codes for security reasons or to ensure the proper functioning of the service.
• After the redemption period expires, the codes become invalid without any liability on the part of Rakuten TV.
• All internet connection costs or other unspecified expenses are borne by the user.
