Internet access (fees may apply), windows PC, and compatible software and hardware are Required. Use of this card signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions, any Rules of conduct, the Privacy Policy and any end-user license agreement applicable to our games and website (Available in full on https://account.99.com/common/read.htm), as they may be amended from time to time without notice. Prepaid cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for cash refund, exchange, or used to purchase gift certificates or provide allowances and are not for resale (except where required by law). 

The full value of the card is deducted at PIN redemption. No incremental deductions are allowed. NetDragon Websoft (Hong Kong) Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen prepaid cards.
