Gift Card - Mango - United Kingdom

Mango Digital Gift Cards (herein referred to as Gift Card) can be redeemed only at the Mango website which operates in the country from where the Gift Card was purchased.

For example only British Pound Digital Gift Cards will be accepted on the UK Mango website.

The Gift Card is non-transferable.

The holder of the Gift Card is solely responsible for its use and custody. In the event of loss or theft, the Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

In such cases, presentation of the Gift Card purchase receipt and/or payment receipt shall not give entitlement to an exchange or refund of the Gift Card.

In cases where details of the Gift Card number or codes are not clear, Mango employees reserve the express right to accept it or not.

• The Gift Card entitles its holder the exclusive right to purchase, according to the existing balance of the card, one or several garments and/or accessories on sale at that moment at mango.com located in the same country said card was purchased. Consequently, the Gift Card cannot, under any circumstance, be exchanged for cash or exchanged for gift cards or similar instruments (namely gift vouchers, promotional codes, among others) of other commercial establishments.

Only one Gift Card can be used per order as a form of payment and they cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts. Furthermore, the Gift Card is not valid at Mango stores or at Mangooutlet.com.

The Gift Card may be used solely and exclusively in the country in which it was purchased. Under no circumstances may it be used in a country other than the one in which it was purchased.

• The value of the Gift Card is that from the moment it is activated.

The Gift Card may be used to make any purchases the holder wishes until the balance of the card runs out.

The balance of the Gift Card will diminish as it is used to purchase garments and/or accessories.

The existing balance of the Gift Card can be consulted at mango.com.

• The resolution of any conflict, dispute or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and submitted before the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona with express waiver to any other jurisdiction that may apply.

Can only be redeemed online on www.mango.com GEOGRAPHY  The currency of the gift card. Euro cards can be redeemed in all eurozone countries except for Spain. Please see the available countries´list.

 

EXPIRATION

No expiry date.

 

REMAINING BALANCE

If the customer does not consume the total value of the gift card in his/her purchase, the remaining balance can be used for the next purchase. If the amount of the purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card, the customer can pay the difference by any other means of payment available.

 

CONSULT THE BALANCE

The remaining balance of the gift card can be verified in : https://shop.mango.com/es/gift-voucher.

 

RETURN OF THE BALANCE  

In case of return of the garments, the balance on the gift card can be returned, but in no case there will be a return in cash.

 

PROMOTIONS & SALES

It is possible to use the gift card in promotions and sales that do not requiere the use of a code.

 

THE USE OF MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS

The use of various gift cards in one purchase is not possible.

 

RECHARGEABILITY

Cannot be recharged.
