Redeeming your eGift Card is Simple: -Redeem In-Store: Please print your eGift card, or present your mobile device at any Pottery Barn store in the U.S. -Redeem Online: Choose your perfect gift at www.potterybarn.com. At checkout, please enter your eGift card number and PIN Store Associate Instructions: -eGift cards should be processed in the same manner as a regular Gift Card tender. -When prompted to swipe the Gift Card, scan the eGift card barcode or hand-key the 16-digit eGift Card number. -Please follow all other standard policies and procedure for handling Gift Card transactions.
